  • Where is the meal

    For dinner, we will guide you to the sister house Yorozuya Ryokan other carefully selected French and Italian restaurants.
  • Do you have a private bath

    Sorry, there is no private bath in this facility. If you wish, we will guide you to a private bath in the sister house Yorozuya.
  • Is there a kids meal

    We are preparing Kids Meal. Please inquire in advance
  • How long is it to the nearest ski resort

    There is a night Yomase Ski Resort about 20 minutes by car from the hotel. Also it takes less than an hour by car to Shiga Plateau
  • Can I bring in food and drink

    You are not allowed to bring it to the restaurant, but you can bring it to your room if you like.
  • Can you keep my luggage

    We will keep your luggage before check-in and after check-out. Please enjoy the spa town lightly
